Our Approach

We take pride in offering thoughtfully selected pieces and maintaining high quality standards. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist — while ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all clients.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund (if eligible).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, our Client Services team will be happy to assist.
