We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions to complete your return.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
